1. Amalaki

Amalaki is also known as Indian Gooseberry. Its scientific name is Emblica Officinalis. In the local language, it is called Amla. It is the richest source of vitamin C. Vitamin C is in its natural form and is an excellent antioxidant. It helps to build resistance against the various diseases in our body. And helps to boost up the immune system. It fights allergic bacteria, viruses and flu. Thus, Amla is the richest source of antioxidants.
